I listed items which did not sell and I relisted them. Now I see I am being charged 30 cents per item. I thought it was free to list. Where was the charges from? The relisting? Thanks for any help.

The resolution center on ebay is closed for this item probably because it is over 30 days since purchase. The link is gone on this item. I do not see a resolution center on paypal?

Yes, I paid with paypal / credit card and the purchase date is less than 6 months ago. How do I file a complaint with paypal? When I go to the transaction detail on paypal, it states "First contact the seller through eBay to try resolving the problem...
