Customer service is a complete failure, it is an endless loop and has no
idea what you are talking about. I think they should fix it as it won't
let you talk to a real person.
what to do when an eBay member is sending harassing emails and not
involved in a transaction. 6 emails today, I have asked them to stop
contacting me. I have blocked that person so he cannot purchase from me.
