Shipped the wrong product. Buyer Returned. Shipped the correct product received by buyer. eBay still asking for a refund.

Called eBay and reported it - twice. They did not have a fix for it. Hopefully it will take less time to fix than did the FedEx shipping price discrepancy which took a year. I would think eBay had enough money to hire the best programmers.
