seller returned an item back that they broke and ebay refunds them

beware i was just taken by ebay for almost a $100.00 on a refund that ebay issued on an item that i received back from buyer that had been smashed but yet ebay still returns the money without asking anything this is wrong in so many ways BEWARE

every item im selling when i go to it the screen is hugh

everytime i click to go to an item im selling the screen is hugh and the fonts are hugh how do i get it back to normal
