Trying to pay for items. However, once click pay it just continues to scroll. Pay page is enlarged. This is the 3rd time this has happen. Need Help!!! Thanks!

$1 being applied to bank card

For the last few days $1 is being applied to my bank account. The first day I found $4, then $3. Is this a scam? Am I being hacked again?
