I have items that accept sales through the global shipping program but
there are several that are not showing that Russia is on the list. I
have it marked for no exceptions. Anyone know what this could be?
The first necklace is definitely Regency. I was going to say that before

It was the class penmanship medal in the movie "The Bad Seed". The medal
which Rhoda felt she herself deserved, so she killed the little boy who
won it. Highly collectible! (Sorry, I just couldn't resist - that is
