years . i tried to make an offer on something today and getting a pop up
message telling me to add payment information. Not sure how to check
that or change/update but my bank a...
Did ebay get rid of "make offer" option? Whenever I used to search for
something I wanted to buy, many of the search results would have "make
offer" option which I used alot. I am no longer seeing that option on
anything. Did something change?
