The seller said to request a refund for an item that does not work, He
does not want the item shipped back. How do you request a refund without
shipping the item back?

leave it...... "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again." I try
gain and get the same message......bunch of knucklehead's at EBAY!

nothing happens when I try again and get the same message. I received
