Put the tracking number into www.parcelapp.com and see it finds
additional tracking numbers, especially the one in the destination
country.
Poi. I don't ship to Hawaii because of poi (jk). Once you're shipping to
Zone 8 it doesn't matter if that's Hawaii, Guam or Tinian (Google it, I
sent a PM parcel there once, same cost as shipping to Los Angeles for
me).
