He is talking about refunds that he has not even sent the package. 

I was charged to...2 refunds for 60 cents...  This is **bleep**...

Man...this really sucks! 2 days before we get our money???! And the fees...SAME AS BEFORE! Where is the savings! SUCKS, SUCKS AND SUCKS!!!!!

I told them before they started this, this was a very bad idea. AND BEHOLD, IT WAS!!! It only takes into account 30 days! Not 31 days! I was charged over $10 worth of insertion fees! AND I HAVE A STORE!Not only that, but I relist on "bulk relisting."...
