The payout snafu continues!?!?!? No payments on three payouts from 1/25, 2/1 and 2/2, and not to add insult to injury they sent me a message they WILL DEBIT MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR FEES as there are no funds available, yet they haven't paid me $381.23!?!...

Does anyone else have a problem with the new Payout System ebay just instituted? Do they ever pay you? I have sold five items in the last week, and got paid - very little - on one!?!?!? Three of the others were sold five days ago, still no payment!?!...

PayPal problems

Over the last two days, I have gotten a "internal service problem" message that won't allow me to transfer payments from customers to my bank account. How am I supposed to get paid for items I sell when PayPal won't process the payments to me?
