This mark is on a beautiful decanter & ive been trying for years to ID it-Ive looked through everything I can find-Tried to lens it-No dice!! The workmanship on the decanter is superb!

I found this huge (11" tall) crystal goblet for lack of a better word-Faceted cut stem-gold gilting on rim-6 controlled bubbles-and this mark on the base in gold-Ive searched EVERYWHERE! PLEASE even suggestions I can research myself is appreciated!!
