How do you cancel a shipping charge that didn't print ?

I can't get an answer from Ebay as to why my fees for two months of selling with a net income of about $333.00 are about $98.00. To me that comes out to about 30% in fees besides the paypal fees. Twice I wrote to Ebay with no answer. Don Harris
