Where can I find my resale tax exempt certificate (or number) on file with my ebay account and how do I cancel it after my business has closed?

I've closed out my tax exempt resale number with the state as the business has closed. How do I void out my tax exemption number with Ebay as well?

Ebay tells me one of my currently active items went "unsold" because I ended the listing (not true) yet it still shows with my active listings having 5 days to go which is where it should be. Why is this item in both places at the same time? Another ...

I only have 9 current items on auction right now that are active, yet when I go to my "Unsold" items one of those listings shows up as Unsold because they say I ended the listing (but I did not). This item also shows up as being "Active" with 5 days ...
