I wrote them back and got a reply from ebay customer service, which I am
sharing with the community. ebay admitted that the campaign ended
earlier then expected. However, the essence of their message is: "this
is a rare situation, a learning opportun...
I also sent an email to the customer service and this is what I've been
told, which I don't agree! I sent another email but did not received any
reply. It looks like they snatched back the coupons
