I agree with floortile on the top tier. also PCI, IGS and SEGS might be
2nd tier, everything else beware as they are self-slabbers to sell their
own coins.
This is pretty much of an outrage and in very poor taste to sell a Medal
of Honor on e-bay even if it in Germany. Who would we complain to? Col.

There are many self slabbers and this is just one one hundreds. If you
buy from ANACS, NGC, PCGS, you mostly do ok. there are one or two other
that are ok but some NNC, Halmark always overgrade to make money. It is
very dangerous to buy coins on e-ba...
