I've had 4 UPS shipping adjustments in the last 3 weeks. I ALWAYS
overestimate all 3 dimensions by 1" (and 2" if it is close to the next
size). I ALWAYS add 1 LB for every 10 lbs of package weight after
rounding up after weighing so even a 1 lb 1 oz ...
