Hello. I won an item, paid the sellers eBay invoice through Paypal and
it now shows as paid. A couple week later the seller is asking if I paid
because he hasn't received payment. Everything on my end shows as paid
and the money left my checking acco...
I had a guy win two of my auctions a few weeks ago, then never paid. I
requested the final credit from eBay, relisted my items last week and
guess who won them again but with a different username!! I've had to
file another strike against him. I'm 99%...
