I need to file a claim with USPS for a damaged item.I need to have the buyers email address and phone number to complete the claim.How are you supposed to find this information?It is not on paypal or ebay any longer.

I have always been able to to go paypal statements and the transaction finder to run a report showing my shipping fees month by month.Now it does not seem to give you the option to enter a key word - shipping to isolate just those charges.Does anyone...

Thank you so much for your quick response!I have checked again and I cannot find how you get to the additional options.It just lets you pick Fed Ex for the shipping method and then "Pay"
