Went to ship an item out in which we already have a saved rate of 4.65
for shipping, Label was created and the charge was $4.85? I understand
stamps will be going up at the post office, but anyone else having
issues with justifying raising their rate...

Why is the shipping label fees not deducted from the final sale of the
item in managed payments as of today? I always had the fee deducted from
the final sale and only was responsible for the listing fees from my
account?
Can someone please tell me if we can call Ebay by phone and talk to a
human being? I need help that requires me to speak to someone not

that standard shipping in a padded bubble envelope would be no more than
$4.65 from CT to California we pre set that as our fee. Printed label
yesterday to mid U.S and it was $4....
