Does anyone know (or had this problem) why my listings say "seller does
not respond to offers", when I have best offer on my listings? I called
ebay customer service and we were on the phone for two hours (!) and

problem with my listings saying "seller does not respond to offers...I
have 'make offer' on all of my (17) listings.And as far as this "test"
being for sellers that don't respond...
