I sent an invoice to a buyer and received a response in RUSSIAN. I sent a second invoice asking to reply in English and it was still in Russian. Is there a way to convert to English? She just needs to pay me! Thanks!

I am the seller. Buyer says package never arrived. USPS did not lose the package. Tracking indicated that it was delivered. She said she didn't receive it. She could be lying, it could have been stolen, it could have been delivered to the wrong house...
