Hello I bought and returned Sam’s printer months ago and it worked fine.
I bought this one and labels are tiny 1x2 not the full 4x6! I changed
the settings on eBay. What am I missing! Test print from Jaden’s website
prints perfectly!!
Ok I got this Jaden’s thermal printer and I can’t get the label to print
the 4 x 6. It prints tiny and my setting are all 4x 6!! I’m using and
iPhone! It’s printing tiny 2x1 in the middle of the label.
