removed some field validation recently (maybe as part of rolling out
Business Policies) where it no longer requires 'Package dimensions' to
create a listing. Further, eBay Standard Env...
They have changed the policy or something this week (whether by mistake
or purposeful, I don't know). You can now choose the eBay Standard
Envelope cost and send it to the buyer via invoice. The buyer sees a
"shipping issue" until you do.
