as people need to contact sellers before buyers' protection runs

again ( Clean all history cache all clean ).I logged in to my eBay and
the Contact Seller option works now.
Exactly. I tried Firefox and Chrome, and I installed Opera Freshly.Blank
page no matter from where I click on Contact the Seller.I have an issue
with the item he sent, but now the only way is to leave 1 star for him
so he may contact me or report him...
