Just launched a huge promotion on several brand new products and I have
no Idea how they are doing or if I need to make adjustments. This
happens from time to time for me but the timing sucks
Update: still no medium flat rate option (or others) as a workaround,
I'm using https://www.paypal.com/shiplabel/create/then upload the
tracking. Good thing its slow right now.....I guess
