I figured it out now that I had another item to send. I'm getting tired
of it being one browser or the other BUT it appears to be a FireFox
issue so if your having the same problem as me, try Google Chrome, which
is where it worked for me.
I'm not sure if my issues relates but for some reason the option to
print using my thermo printer 4x6 is gone. It only shows up as a 8x11
option where the label is on top and the receipt of charges below. As of

I unsuddenlty can't print postage. I get "System Unavailable. We're
having trouble processing your request. Please try again later." Anyone
else have this issue?
