and used it right away. AND took a screen shot of the email I received.
And I didn't even need to call and 2nd time!
Update:I just spent 72 min on hold or talking to 2 CSR's. After getting
placed on hold multiple times for 2-10 min and not getting anywhere with
the first, I asked to speak to a supervisor who was very helpful. She
was finally able to locate the coup...
Hot igloo,Thank you for the suggestions. It sucks if this "glitch" was
what they fall back on. There should be some accountability on their
end. Screenshots and going through hoops shouldn't be necessary.
I was looking for the same thing. The original message seems to have
disappeared, of course, I sold something this week under the agreement
that listing between Aug 6-Aug 10 and sold before Aug 30. Would be
interested to see what Ebay says about this...
