will ebay ever do a $20 maximum fee promotion ever again? I have big lots of records and cds to sell. i can lower the price if i had lower fees,,,,give the buyer a good deal.

I listed 5 items sold 4 during the $10 max fees per sold item yet ebay charged me full fees...............did it happen to anyone else?
