it happened to me too.pay pal gave back a thousand dollars to a buyer
after about 3 months after i sold a nativity set to her ,and i never got
back my grandmothers nativity set either, they let her keep it pay pal
is horrible they said i should have ...
i agree why should they tell me when i could put My stuff on sale
stupidest rule i ever heard of .so now for the two weeks i have no sales
i don't sell anything makes me want to sell on offer up or graigs list.
never nothing good happens when a buyer with o feedback buys from you,
always something happens .they are mostly scamin you then they open a
new account under different name and scam someone else.
