The buyer started and I accepted a return, but the deadline to return the item has passed. Paypal is holding the funds hostage and I can't figure out what to do now. I won't refund until I get the item back and eBay is no help.

I started a return for a broken item, eBay gave them until Dec. 30 to return it. I still have not received it. What happens now?

they didn't do what I paid for, can you understand that? I paid them to deliver an undamaged package.

It had insurance, the postal service reimbursed for the item only. I sent pictures of the damaged package and item, they won't reimburse the postage. I appealed their decision twice.
