I accepted a counter offer from seller . the item is still in my active items and pending payment in offers but I can't send notice to buyer or cancel transaction . has this happened to anyone else ?

I had a customer rep tell me you can elect to not allow your listing to auto renew when using fixed price but I cannot find anyway to do that . I thing the rep was confusing auction and fixed price. I know you can do this on auctions. can anyone shed...

shipping cost

Is anyone else totally confused on how to determine the shipping cost when shipping with USPS?eBay changed the shipping on all our items to a $2.00 flat but I cannot find a $2.00 flat charge anywhere on the USPS web site .
