I do not have my UPS account linked to eBay so when I enter in my
tracking number the screen shows a error message that says, "tracking
number already associated with a active shipment". It will not take the
number and shows the item has not shipped....
Yes, they can put in certain items to watch for and as soon as you list
them they see them 1st. At least that's what I think happens. I have
sold items within 10 minutes of listing yet ebay says they will appear
within a hour of listing.
