I have made some purchase on a tablet (ebay APP), when I go to checkout and pay my only option is to use a credit card. I just started having this problem. I have used it so many times before and always paid with PP, just recently it will not let me ...

I am unable to upload photos to ebay (ONLY), I can send them to email, upload to computer, print, view etc...it is ONLY when I upload to ebay they say the photos are "corrupt". I have changed nothing! settings, camera are all the same. this keeps hap...
