Went to two different post office today and neither could get we code to work

Is it legal for someone to be selling fake Rolex parts and saying that they are repainted??And why is this person not taken down?? It’s very obvious what is going on.

I received neutral feedback from buyer. I asked the buyer what the problem was with the item? The buyer replied “ nothing is wrong I just expected to be able to hang it and it’s smaller than I thought.” No question we’re ever asked and I never stated...
