I opened a return request for a defective item. Seller agreed to return and already refunded me the money, I don't see a return label available to print... I should not have to pay for return shipping correct? Especially not the inflated price at the...

I'm attempting to complete drafts and on sevral of them it opens the page and an error box pops up and says "Looks like something's wrong. Please try again" anybody else having problems like this or know of the fix?
