The notification bell says "Paid, ship now", but when I click on the
item I get the message "It looks like the buyer has not paid for this
item yet. You should wait until we let you know that the buyer has paid
before dispatching this order.".
***UPDATE*** I just called eBay and was told there was a glitch with
their system tonight. The item is Global shipping only and I'm in the US
and my buyer is in Canada. The buyer paid approximately $25 for Global

I'm having the same problem! It shows 8 of my auctions are "send offer
eligible" but I can't click on the link or open it in another tab. Also,
I can't click on the "send offer" tab next to the items. Nothing
happens.
