Black memorabilia listing

I just had a listing of mine yanked~ due to it being 'black memorabilia' potholder holder. I did not know this was no longer permitted, but I see there are still alot of it still on ebay. Is this a new policy??

When I go to leave feedback for a buyer~ my imbedded comment is no longer there. Is anyone else having this problem?

Lost Package

Why is the 'seller' responsible for lost packages that post office has lost. There was tracking on it~ it left for designation, but never got there.As a seller, how is that my fault?? Why do I then have to give a refund??
