Buyer started return and never followed thru. Ebay holding the funds
paid to me. How long until my funds are released by Ebay? It is past the
date Ebay said they may step in and close. Today makes 15 days. Thanks
How long does a buyer have to return an item after the buyer opens a
return claim? Also does the seller need to do anything if the buyer does
not return the item in the allotted time?
