My promoted listings DON'T have sponsered over them and they AREN'T
appearing anywhere near the 1st page, closest one has been on page 6
Anyone else having these problems?
Is Ebay still allowing first class weight up to 16 ounces. I've been
told since the postage rate increase that ebay doesn't have that
agreement with USPS anymore an that 13 oz is the cut off for 1st class.
Does anyone know?thanks for any info
