Thank you for your help. I did pay with Paypal and the guaranteed delivery date was 7-25. I can't believe this seller wouldn't give my money back while they still have the item. This is the second time I've been taken and I'm probably done with Ebay.

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately UPS says the cannot disclose any information because of their "privacy policy". Basically they are saying this is between myself and the person who shipped the package. Not the end of the world, just frustrating...
