I ordered a trading card from a guy in Spain on December 19!! As of
Jan.30 there was NO CARD and no response from EBAY!! So I opened a
case!! Then they said the refund would be put either on my debit card or
in PayPal!! As of today- NOTHING_NO MONEY!...
