The last three days I have had cards returned for being non machineable.
Ebay standard envelope says that up to 2 cards in toploaders can be
shipped. The last three that came back, 2 with two cards, 1 with one
card.

I do not list as much as you but I have some of the same issues. Several
times they just never show up as far as I know. My last instance the
person let me know it showed up weeks later and he paid me. How many
times in the past has it showed up late...
I had two in one day using ESE the last one was delivered two weeks
after the delivery date that was shown. What do you use for an envelope

I pretty much agree with you. I have had much better results with a PWE
without tracking verses ESE.My concern then is I might not have enough
