eBay doesn’t have a phone number to talk to a real person , no way for a handicapped person to talk

Seller created fraud and eBay pulled one of items. Still manny more on eBay by same seller in China . Trying to talk to human with no luck, even corporate not able to get a human on phone , I’m handicapped an no ADA access on eBay .
