This Free Returns Policy only helps eBay's bottom line. It is not a
seller friendly policy. It eliminates any accountability for a buyer,
allows them to return an item with little to no consequence to
themselves. This new policy only takes more money...
It now costs me $10.44 to ship a 2lb item to CA/out West from
Indiana...while only around $5 in my region of the country. EBAY'S
REQUIREMENT OF FREE SHIPPING to qualify for a Top Rated Discount needs
to go away!
