This happened a couple days ago. I am not able to send any REPLY to any
message from a member. The arrow is dead when I try to click on REPLY.
Of course, no live agent is there, and all the info on the Help section
only sends me around and around wit...
SO...I get 2 neutral feedbacks today for items sold over 30 days ago.
The feedback described something that was not even in my item
description or photo...but now I cant get it revised or removed as it is
over 30 days old. Is my only option now to BL...
Seems like the option to "Mark as Answered" is gone from the Seller
options. This is lame, as many buyers are simply often replying to a
reply from the seller. Thank you, or let me know, or such...and just
seems redundant to not be able to hide those...
Up until today, if a buyer purchased several small items, I would ship
in one box and was able to upload tracking for each item as the same
tracking number. Today...it all went south. No longer can add tracking
to an additional item even though bough...
The WORST anti-seller ebay has yet to come up with....they charge your
account BEFORE you have funds, then you gotta wait many days before you
can file the Cancel Order, then WAIT again to get your fees back.
