I have a customer that won 10 different items - he lives in Canada I
need to send him an invoice with combined shipping to the US location
where they will ship to Canada. Ebay does not allow me to send an
invoice. What is going on? HELP!!!
Thanks for your reply.Seems there has been an update to the refunds
page. I have been able to access it sporadically over the last 2 days.
On one sale that has 24 items it does not go to the refund page but a
page that says:Oops that didn't go accord...
