Yes and no,lol. It certainly has become a mecca for overpriced items,and
over priced "shipping and handling". I would not blame the bay for
this,it is how things work.Lots of scams seem to be popping up,was
really bad during the "toilet paper" crisis...
LOL Show me a seller that would ship before payment is verified.
