Buyer with unpaid item strikes convinced me to sell her a $375 teacup,

Buyer purchased a $400 collectible from me after a long negotiation on
price (rare piece, only one listed/sold in past year). He says it
arrived damaged and sent photos, it would be very easy to fix with a dab
of glue and I suspect he created it hims...
Anyone have any idea why my active listings have disappeared? They are
not in active, drafts, scheduled, ended etc. Where the heck are they and
how do I gt them back.
My understanding was that each seller could only list one card per
listing, and one listing at a time. Yet several buyers have multiple
listings with multiple cards available in each. Am I misreading the
policy in some way?
