eBay International Standard Delivery.Why did it drop the ebay Int

We had a buyer complete a purchase and select local pickup. They want
the item shipped. Now that ebay blocks their email how do we request the

We used to get the financial summary report from paypal to do our
monthly bookkeeping. Now with ebay manage payments that is no longer an
option. Has anyone else found a similar report on ebay?Thanks,Mark
